About Me
Yuddy Medina, mother of 8-year-old twins.
I founded Mind Heart Eco after discovering a hidden passion—the desire to run my own business and be my own boss.
The name Mind Heart Eco was inspired by my life philosophy. To me, it signifies living in harmony with the mind, the heart, and the planet we inhabit. The concept for Mind Heart Eco was born from the profound transformation I underwent as a first-time mother to twins—navigating the early years of motherhood without nearby family support, while simultaneously dealing with a divorce, young children, and a pandemic. Over the years, I often had to neglect my own self-care; my true self had no other choice. I practically ceased to exist as an individual, solely fulfilling the role of “mother.” This experience made me realize the need to rediscover myself through the things I love and to seek inner peace; once I was divorced and the children were in school, it was the perfect moment to reconnect with myself.
I realized I wasn’t the only one completely disconnected from my true self due to the stress of daily life—juggling a thousand tasks just to get by, with no time left for myself. A lack of holistic well-being is all too common these days. So, I decided to step away from that cycle and start living a life grounded in meaning and values that truly mattered to me.
This inspired me to take wellness classes focused on natural and holistic approaches, self-discovery, and mindful daily consumption—a lifestyle that brought me a deeper sense of awareness in every aspect. I returned to my favorite activities: walking in nature, practicing yoga, meditating, watching sunsets, going to the beach, enjoying the full moon, and reading.
Listen to podcasts and find the inner peace you crave so you can maintain a more balanced and harmonious life. After completing various courses and classes, I decided to get certified in Mindfulness, Emotional Management, and Positive Psychology. This allowed me to consolidate my learning and experiences and create workshops, activities, and classes for people like me—those seeking inner peace, a connection with nature, and stress relief. These are individuals who recognize the need for change or wish to maintain a healthy lifestyle—physically, mentally, and spiritually—aligned with nature, which ultimately provides what we need to live on this planet.
Last year, Mind Heart Eco offered a variety of in-person and live workshops on diverse topics that positively impacted many people’s well-being. We received excellent feedback on our Google page and Instagram (@mindhearteco), where you can join our workshops, activities, and classes, or even book private celebrations such as birthdays, farewell ceremonies for loved ones, couple unions, and birth celebrations.
